Welcome to All Oh International. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our chauffeur services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

All Oh International provides premium chauffeur and transportation services in Saudi Arabia and to neighboring GCC countries. Our services include but are not limited to:

Airport transfers
Business and corporate transportation
Hourly and daily chauffeur hire
Family and VIP transportation
Long-distance and international travel to GCC countries
Contract-based transportation services

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process: Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Booking Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. This includes pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, and any special requirements.

2.3 Confirmation: We will confirm your booking via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Your booking is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us.

2.4 Changes to Booking: Changes to confirmed bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing: Prices vary based on distance, vehicle type, duration, and service type (domestic or international). Custom quotes are provided upon request.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as agreed upon booking.

3.3 Payment Terms: Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged for corporate accounts.

3.4 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the agreed period, additional stops, tolls, border crossing fees, or services outside the original booking scope.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund or no charge
Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee
No-shows: Full charge applies

4.2 Cancellation by All Oh International: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
Provide accurate contact information and be reachable
Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
Not engage in illegal activities during the service
Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in our vehicles
Ensure proper use of child safety seats if traveling with children
Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during your service
Have proper documentation for international travel (passport, visa, etc.)

6. Our Responsibilities and Service Standards

We commit to:

Provide professional, licensed, and trained chauffeurs
Maintain clean, well-maintained, and insured vehicles
Arrive on time for scheduled pickups
Provide safe and comfortable transportation
Respect your privacy and handle your personal information securely
Handle border documentation for international travel services

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Insurance: All our vehicles are fully insured as required by Saudi Arabian law.

7.2 Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3 Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal belongings left in our vehicles. However, we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items.

7.4 Flight Delays: For airport transfers, we monitor flights and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge for reasonable delays.

8. International Travel Terms

For cross-border services to GCC countries:

Customers must have valid passports and necessary visas
Border crossing procedures and delays are beyond our control
Additional charges may apply for extended border wait times
Customers are responsible for compliance with destination country regulations
Services may be subject to border authority approvals and restrictions

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, wars, riots, or severe weather conditions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.
