These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and All Oh Transportation (“we”, “us” or “Operator”) regarding your use of our website at https://www.allohtransportation.com and the chauffeur services we provide.
By submitting a booking request, communicating with us via WhatsApp, or boarding a vehicle we have dispatched, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Booking — a request you submit through our website, WhatsApp or phone for a chauffeur-driven ride, accepted in writing by us.
- Ride — the chauffeur-driven journey from the agreed pickup point to the agreed drop-off point.
- Chauffeur — a licensed driver assigned by us to operate the vehicle for your Booking.
- Vehicle — the SUV, sedan or passenger van assigned to your Booking from our fleet.
- GCC — the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.
2. The service
We provide on-demand and pre-scheduled chauffeur transportation across Saudi Arabia and, where booked, cross-border to other GCC countries. Our services include airport transfers, hourly chauffeur hire (3-hour minimum), corporate accounts, VIP & protocol transport, event transport and intercity transfers.
We are licensed by the Saudi Transport General Authority and operate insured, regularly maintained vehicles driven by trained, bilingual (Arabic/English) chauffeurs.
3. Booking process
- You submit a Booking request via the website form, WhatsApp or phone, providing your name, contact number, pickup location, drop-off location, date and time.
- We acknowledge the request and respond with a quote, vehicle type and any clarifying questions.
- Once you accept the quote, the Booking is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email).
- Closer to the ride time, we send you the assigned chauffeur's name and mobile number.
A Booking is binding only after we issue a written confirmation. Quotes that have not been accepted in writing remain non-binding and may be revised.
4. Pricing & payment
- Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- The price you accept is the full ride fare. We do not add hidden surcharges or surge pricing.
- Payment is collected in cash at the time of service, payable directly to the chauffeur or through arrangements pre-agreed with our dispatch.
- Corporate-account customers are billed monthly in arrears against an agreed credit line.
- Additional charges may apply for: extra stops not in the original quote, waiting beyond the included grace period, additional passengers exceeding capacity, or extended hours.
5. Cancellation & refund
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: free cancellation.
- Between 4 and 24 hours before pickup: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted fare may apply at our discretion, depending on whether a chauffeur has been pre-positioned.
- Less than 4 hours before pickup, or no-show: full fare may be charged.
- Cancellations by the Operator (e.g. due to vehicle failure with no replacement available) result in a full refund; we are not liable for consequential losses such as missed flights or events beyond the value of the Booking.
6. Waiting time & delays
- For airport pickups, we include up to 60 minutes of free wait time after the actual flight landing.
- For all other pickups, we include up to 15 minutes of free wait time after the agreed pickup time.
- Beyond the included period, waiting is charged at SAR 50 per 15 minutes (or pro-rata).
- If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible on WhatsApp.
7. Vehicle availability & substitution
We will provide the specific vehicle model you booked whenever possible. If that exact vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical issues or scheduling, we may substitute it with a vehicle of equal or higher class at no extra charge. We will notify you in advance whenever substitution occurs.
8. Cross-border GCC travel
- You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) accepted at the relevant GCC border.
- We are not liable for delays caused by border control, customs inspections, or refusal of entry.
- Any fines or border fees levied due to passenger documentation issues are the customer's responsibility.
- The vehicle, chauffeur, GPS tracker and insurance papers are pre-configured for the destination country.
9. Customer conduct
To keep our chauffeurs and other passengers safe, the following are prohibited inside our vehicles:
- Smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.
- Consumption of alcohol or any controlled substances.
- Carriage of any item prohibited under Saudi or GCC law.
- Food or drink that may damage the vehicle interior.
- Verbal or physical abuse of the chauffeur.
- Distracting or interfering with the safe operation of the vehicle.
The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the ride immediately and at the customer's expense if any of the above occurs, or if the customer's behaviour creates a safety risk. Customers will be charged for any cleaning, damage, or fines arising from misuse.
10. Luggage & lost property
Standard luggage allowances are based on the vehicle's seating capacity. Excess luggage should be declared at the time of booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle. Items left in the vehicle are catalogued by the chauffeur; we will make reasonable efforts to return them at your cost. We are not liable for items lost, damaged or stolen unless caused by our negligence.
11. Liability & insurance
- All our vehicles are insured under comprehensive Saudi motor-insurance policies, including third-party and passenger liability cover at the minimums required by law.
- Our total liability to you for any single ride is limited to the amount you paid for that ride, except where Saudi law imposes a higher mandatory standard.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages such as missed flights, lost business, or reputational harm.
- Personal belongings travel at your own risk; we recommend you keep travel insurance for valuables.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, accidents on the route, government action, civil unrest, fuel shortages, pandemics, or acts of God.
13. Intellectual property
The website, its content, branding, photographs and software are the property of All Oh Transportation or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, modification or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Terms or our services will, where possible, first be addressed amicably between the parties. Failing that, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, the law, or industry practice. The current version is always posted on this page with the “Effective date” shown at the top. Continued use of the service after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
